Refund policy
MAKING A RETURN
If you need to send something back, don’t worry.
Please follow the steps below:
- Please email matt@matthornart.com and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order along with your order number.
- Once your request has been accepted, please return the works in the same condition in which they arrived. In order to qualify for a refund, artworks must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging.
- Once your order has been safely received back, we will process your return and refund the credit or debit card you used to pay with. Please note refunds can take approximately 5 - 10 working days to arrive, depending upon the bank.
COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS
Please note: we aren't able to accept returns of commissioned works.
Should a commission be cancelled during the creation process, through no fault of my own, a fee will be charged at the below stages and rates:
25% of full fee - rough drawing stage
50% of full fee - finishing stages (detailed shading etc)
100% of full fee - at delivery stage

DAMAGED ARTWORKS
I endeavour to package all works as securely as possible but sometime the worst does happen, so if an artwork is damaged upon arrival at your specified delivery address, please submit an image of the damage as proof to allow me to investigate further, then follow the steps as outlined above.
